Multi-talented and award-winning Chef Miko Aspiras, famous for conceptualizing Le Petit Souffle and Scout’s Honor in the Philippines, had his bittersweet farewell for his friends and fans last May 31, 2019.
A night filled with dishes, desserts and drinks at The Grid Food Market, celebrated pastry chef Miko Aspiras teamed up with Noel Mauricio, Patrick Go, Sunshine Puey, Chico Orcine and Aileen Anastacio to come up with mouth-watering, well-crafted and exquisite snacks, starters, main courses and desserts which definitely made each guest happy on their way home.
To show its gratitude and love for Chef Miko, Garden Barn did not hesitate to sponsor plates and glasswares for his Sweet Finale. Dishes were well-plated in Legle France porcelainware, which were served together with Nespresso coffee-infused cocktails placed on Schott Zwiesel crystal glasses.
