Starting solely as a distributor of NuMetal™ high pressure laminates, ATI (formerly Advanced Technology, Inc.) was founded by Jim Burgio in Greensboro, NC in the year 1979.

ATI is a family owned and operated manufacturing facility focused on developing innovative surfaces for the contract, hospitality and retail markets.
